McLeod called up to AHL

Signs PTO with Springfield Falcons

The Springfield Falcons announced today they have signed Brahmas defenseman Kevin McLeod to a Professional Tryout Agreement (PTO). McLeod is expected to join the Falcons on Wednesday as they prepare to take on the Manchester Monarchs at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire.

McLeod leads all Brahmas defensemen in scoring with 20 points (11 G, 9 A). He also led all CHL defensemen with 11 goals, but is now in second place as Tyler Skworchinski, who has recently been moved to the Brahmas defense. Skworchinski has 12 goals this season.

The 6’ 3”, 238-pound native of Calgary, Alberta led all CHL defensemen in goals last year with 20.
